AAHA: Heirs Property Partnerships
Over the past several weeks, the AAHA team has taken a deep dive into learning more about the heirs property issues that affect our network, and brainstorming possible solutions on how to fix some of the problems. A key contact that has been made is with Fran Miller, Co-Director of the HPPN (Heirs' Property Practitioner Network). Fran has connections with attorneys and other key players in this space, and introduced the AAHA team to several of those contacts in a meeting last week.
As a next step, AAHA is hosting a call with Fran and her team to discuss the issues, answer any questions that you all might have, and make connections for future collaboration related to heirs property issues.
