  • Deon Hall

    ReStore Manager

Deon Hall manages and oversees the daily operations of the Alabama Habitat ReStore.

The Opelika Habitat Re-Store is a 40,000 sq. ft. home renovation center that accepts donated products of appliances, hardware, housewares, tools, paint, furniture, lumber, flooring, doors, etc. from distributors, manufacturers, retailers, individuals, and contractors throughout the state of Alabama. The product is then sold, at discounted prices, to the general public. The store's operation generates funds to support Habitat for Humanity’s state office, while reducing the amount of building materials that would otherwise go to overflowing landfills.

The ReStore, opened in 2012, has been growing and thriving based on excellent donor relationships that come from great service and the support of a worthy cause. Since opening its doors, the ReStore has generated over $700,000 in sales and helped fund over $250,000 of monetary support and gifts in kind to the 32 HFH affiliates that the state office serves.
