X-WR-CALDESC:Upcoming Event: Habitat Homes #80 and #81 Dedication Ceremony!
 \nNext Thursday\, November 5th\, at 9:00 am\, we'll be celebrating the com
 pletion of Habitat Homes #80 and #81\, as well as their respective partner
  families: the Calloway and Melton families! We'd love for everyone to joi
 n us for this special event as we dedicate these Homes to two truly deserv
 ing families. This is a major milestone for the Calloway and Melton famili
 es\, who have worked incredibly hard to come to this point\, and we are ov
 er the moon to be celebrating with them!\nWe go through a process every ye
 ar of picking qualified local families to build homes for. We have certain
  criteria that these families have to meet to become a Habitat Homeowner. 
 First and foremost\, families must attend our annual interest meeting and 
 turn in an application. After being chosen\, our partner families work har
 d to save for a down payment\, volunteer 500 hours helping on other homes 
 and their own\, and complete first-time homeownership and financial litera
 cy classes with our partner\, the PRF Institute. They then make a no-inter
 est mortgage payment that is recycled to help build more homes.\nWe are al
 so incredibly grateful for our many community sponsors and volunteers who 
 helped make this project possible!\nThank you to Stone Martin Builders\, T
 he City of Opelika\, Al - City Government\, and East Alabama Health for yo
 ur sponsoring and immense support of these projects!\nThank you to Stone M
 artin Builders Team and Trade Professionals for your immeasurable support 
 of this ministry! Stone Martin Builders has a long history of supporting H
 abitat through volunteering\, on-site leadership\, and hands-on constructi
 on support. Their leadership\, construction expertise\, and willingness to
  step in and guide this process has played a critical role in moving these
  projects forward. Stone Martin Builders are also a national award-winning
  homebuilder\, and an incredibly trustworthy corporate citizen\, based in
